EP195- The Guys' Top 10 Movies from the 1940s!
Shaun Cordingley
This week, Shaun (@Shauncord) and Dave (@davidronn) are asked (by Toni) to talk about their Top 10 movies from the 1940s.
Shaun did a lot of groundwork, and Dave put a lot of good watchin' in to finally be able to do their Top 10 films from the 1940s. What follows is a list with a fair amount of crossover (thanks to the fact that a lot of the films Dave saw were Shaun recommendations), but you get a good amount of discussion of films like On the Town, The Philadelphia Story, The Lost Weekend, and many more!
Oh, and Shaun begs forgiveness for the occasional cough--he was just getting past being quite sick on recording day, so he could not help himself a few times...GUARD YOUR EARS.
We love to answer your questions! Hit us up individually on Twitter, together @guysfrompodcast, or via email on our website www.theguysfrom.com (and now that Shaun is fully away from iHorror, they do not need to keep away from horror throughout the year, so keep those questions coming too!)
Special Thanks to The Sweets (www.wearethesweets.com) for our opening music ("Prairie Blues").
Plus, thanks to Kevin MacLeod for "Rainbows" for our advertisement, and "Fearless First" wrapping the episode up.
